CONGRATULATIONS TO ROBIN JENSEN, OUR 2021 Q3 VALUES HERO!

We are delighted to share that Robin Jensen, senior director of marketing, sales operations and strategy, was selected as our 2021 Q3 Values Hero! In the third quarter, Robin received five Values Hero nominations for five different Values: Make Things Better, Find A Way, Keep It Going, It Takes A Team, and Mean What You Say.

Robin was recognized in several nominations for her superb leadership and communication abilities. Two of her coworkers shared that Robin has been an excellent liaison between our plants and the sales organization, thanking her for embodying a commitment to transparent communication and providing honest and timely updates to all team members. Another nomination highlighted how important her proactive communication was in contributing to the success of the Return to Office initiative, among others.

Robin’s commitment to being a team player was also illustrated in a nomination thanking her for her quick turnaround time on some issues causing supply continuity concerns. Her timely response and the prompt action of her team led to the issues being addressed and resolved quickly. Robin’s willingness to work as a team and ensure that all parts of the business are successful was greatly appreciated!
