CONGRATULATIONS TO MEGHAN JURGEN, OUR 2022 Q1 VALUES HERO!

It’s our honor to recognize Meghan Jurgen, director of continuous improvement, as the 2022 Q1 Values Hero! Meghan was nominated four times in the first quarter for living our Values.

Meghan’s exceptional leadership was mentioned in several of her nominations, including her ability to stay calm under pressure, clarify issues, help others prioritize tasks, give honest and actionable feedback, and emphasize the importance of safety above all else. Throughout leadership changes and the roll-out of Redzone, Meghan was steadfast in her commitment to challenging each step of the process to continually make improvements.

The nominations also recognized Meghan for her dedication to our It Takes A Team value. She was willing to step in to help in many areas, including some of the most complex processes in both production and packaging, and creating a model for new team leader standard work.
