Congratulations to Lloyd Rockwood, our 2022 Q4 Values Hero!

We’re pleased to announce Lloyd Rockwood, consulting engineer in Blackfoot, as the 2022 Q4 Values Hero! Lloyd was nominated four times in the fourth quarter, recognizing him for living our Let Your Inner Hero Shine and Make Thing Better values.

Lloyd’s commitment to continuous improvement was evident throughout all his nominations. One accomplishment was Lloyd’s development of a value stream planning tool that “has revolutionized the way we can plan and prioritize work.” This tool has given teams the ability to quantify our opportunities for improvement, ensuring that we are making data-driven decisions and prioritizing the projects that will significantly impact the business.

The nominations also recognized Lloyd’s ability to implement change successfully across all functional areas. He worked closely with finance, sales, marketing, and operations on various projects, including the move of KFC International production and packaging from Blackfoot and Shelley, respectively, to Rexburg. Lloyd’s thoroughness, listening skills, and thoughtful insights contributed to a successful outcome and deep appreciation from his peers.
