Congratulations to Kerry Johns, our 2022 Q2 Values Hero!

We’re pleased to announce Kerry Johns, storeroom supervisor in Rexburg, as the 2022 Q2 Values Hero! Kerry received nominations recognizing him for exemplifying our Let Your Inner Hero Shine and Make Things Better values.

Kerry’s nominations highlighted his persistence in pushing for excellence. One example was his work to develop reporting that gave greater visibility into our inventory levels. This significant improvement allowed us to quantify an issue and make data-driven decisions on how to resolve it. Kerry’s coworkers also recognized his willingness to ask difficult questions and question the status quo to continuously improve and organize things more efficiently.
