Proudly Making Things Better In Our Communities.
Values are at the heart of all we do and we’re committed to Make Things Better by using our time, skills, and resources to improve the communities where we live and work. BAF Gives Back complements our year-round, corporate philanthropic efforts by providing each employee a paid day off to work in support of a cause they care about.
In 2017, our employees donated nearly 1000 hours, serving hundreds of organizations that support their personal passions. Whether they served with other BAF team members, loved ones or individually, our employees worked hard to make a meaningful difference.
We’re proud to share some examples from our team:
The Foodservice Marketing team spent the day volunteering at a local Holiday Assistance Program sorting and moving hundreds of toys, creating stocking stuffer bags and helping prepare the event for hundreds of families to pick up food and gifts.
