What makes BAF a great place to work?
For me, a great day at work not only depends on what goes on in the process, but also the working environment. We have such a diverse group of people who are so hard working and altogether a joy to be around. I wake up in the morning excited to be around the people I work with and know that if any issues come up, we can work through them together. BAF understands that safety always comes first, then quality and delivery, but we also understand that morale is a huge part of enjoying your job.
What BAF Value do you resonate with most and why?
I believe “It Takes a Team” is the value that I live by the most every day at work. I don’t think any of this could be done without the effort put out by everyone at the company. We all have specific tasks that need to be done in order for us to do what we do. Working together and helping each other out every day is what it’s all about.
What is your earliest food memory?
Honestly, the first cooking experience I can remember was making my mom’s banana bread. My best friend and I decided to make it when my mother was at work and then got into a food fight with the dough. I am not sure if that counts because it did not actually get baked. But nonetheless, a great memory!
