Ingredient Quantity Instructions
Santiago® Seasoned Black Beans 1 lb. Refresh black beans according to package directions.
Cumin, ground 2 tsp.
Shredded four-cheese Mexican blend 1 cup
Barbeque pulled pork, chopped 1 lb. Stir in cumin and cheese blend. Add pulled pork; mix to blend well.
Garnish
Shredded four-cheese Mexican Blend 3 cup
Pico de gallo 1 cup For each serving, ladel 1 cup beans mixture into over-proof crock. Top with 1/4 cup shredded cheese; broil until cheese melts. Spoon 1 oz. pico de gallo over melted cheese.
Baked tortilla chips, as needed Serve warm with baked tortilla chips.
*Pinto Bean Queso Fundido: Substitue Santiago® Refried Beans with Whole Beans for Santiago® Seasoned Black Beans.
