| Boiling water | 3 1/2 qt. | Attached whip to mixer bowl. Add boiling water and buttermilk-basil mixture. turn mixer on low speed. Pour dry potatoes into mixer bowl; mix for 10 seconds. Turn off mixer; allow potatoes to set for 10 minutes. |
