Ingredients

1  crtn Golden Grill® Premium Russet Hashbrowns, refreshed
2  cups Peas
1 1/2  cups Yellow onions, diced
4  cup Sweet potato, baked, diced small (1.25 lb)
8  cups Spinach, sliced thinly (1 lb)

Instructions

  1. Refresh Golden Grill® Premium Russet Hashbrowns according to directions. Toss hashbrowns with peas, onions, sweet potatoes, and spinach in a large mixing bowl.
  2. On a 400° well-oiled grill, drop hashbrowns in 4-oz portions using a #8 scoop, cook 3-4 minutes or until desired crispiness.
