Smothered Hashbrowns


1  carton Golden Grill® Russet Hashbrowns, refreshed
1  pouch Santiago® Quick-Start® Vegetarian Chili
9  cups Cheddar cheese, shredded (about 3/4 lb)
2  each Onion, diced (about 4 cups)
4  each Tomato, diced (about 4 cups)
2  each Green onion bunch, sliced (about 2 cups)


  1. Prepare Golden Grill® Premium Russet Hashbrowns and Santiago® Quick-Start® Vegetarian Chili with Red Beans according to package directions.
  2. Plate ½ cup cooked Golden Grill® Hashbrowns, brown side up on plate. Top with 2 oz Santiago® Chili, 1 ounce each diced onions and tomatoes, ¼ cup cheddar cheese and 1 tablespoon green onion.
