Smoky Garlic & Onion Infused Crispy Potatoes

1  crtn Golden Grill® Premium Russet Hashbrowns
1  gal Water, hot (140°-160°F)
1  Tbsp Garlic, powdered
2  Tbsp Onion, powdered
2  tsp Liquid hickory or mesquite smoke flavor


  1. Combine water and dry seasonings, blend well.
  2. Add liquid smoke, blend well.
  3. Pour seasoned liquid into Golden Grill® Premium Russet Hashbrowns carton, close and refresh for 20 min. or overnight (refrigerated)
  4. Place refreshed seasoned potatoes into a container, cover and refrigerate for service.
  5. Brown potatoes on one side on well-oiled grill 375°-400°F for 3 to 4 min.
