Primavera Scalloped Potatoes


1  carton BAF Scalloped Potato Casserole, refreshed
1  Tbsp Parsley, dried
1  tsp Thyme, dried
2  cups Red peppers, roasted, diced
4  cups Vegetables (any variety), grilled, diced
1  cup Green onions, thinly sliced (1 bunch)


  1. Heat oven to 325° F.
  2. Prepare potato slices according to package directions, stirring in remaining ingredients before baking.
  3. Bake until browned and set in the middle, about 45 min. Cool 10 min and serve.
