Sage & Brown Butter Mashed Potatoes


1  pouch Potato Pearls® Nature's Own Mashed Potatoes
2 1/2  cups Browned butter, warm (up to 5 cups, to taste)
3  Tbsp Sage, freshly minced
1  gal Hot water (170°-190°F)


  1. Gently brown butter over medium/low heat until golden brown with nutty aroma, about 15 min.
  2. Add mashed potatoes, sage and brown butter to a 4-inch, half-steamtable pan.
  3. Pour hot water over ingredients, stir 30 sec.
  4. Allow to sit for 7 min. and serve.
