Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Mashed potatoes mixed with a savory blend of roasted garlic, olive oil and thyme.

1  pouch Brilliant BeginningsĀ® Potatoes
2  cups Milk
1 1/2  cups Olive oil
1/3  cup Roasted garlic, pureed
1  tsp Thyme, dry
1  tsp Kosher salt


  1. Prepare potato base according to directions. Hold hot.
  2. Heat milk, olive oil, roasted garlic, thyme and salt to a simmer, over medium-high heat. Stir into potatoes. Serve or hold hot.
