Refried Bean Hummus

A twist on traditional hummus made from refried beans, peanut butter, lime juice, and fresh garlic.

Refried Bean Hummus

Ingredients

1  pouch Santiago┬« Refried Beans, any variety, prepared, chilled
3/4  cup Lime juice
3/4  cup Peanut butter
1/4  cup Garlic cloves, whole (about 4-5 cloves)
2  Tbsp Parsley, chopped
1  Tbsp Hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare Santiago® Refried Beans according to package directions. Chill completely.
  2. Combine all ingredients in batches in a food processor and puree to a smooth consistency, about 2 min.
