Mustard Mashed Potatoes


1  pouch Potato Pearls® Nature's Own Mashed Potatoes*
1  gal Hot water (170°-190°F)
10  Tbsp Spicy brown mustard


  1. Add package of Potato Pearls® Nature's Own Mashed Potatoes and mustard to a 4-inch deep, half-steamtable pan.
  2. Pour hot water over ingredients, stir 30 sec.
  3. Allow to sit for 7 min. Fluff with fork and serve.
  4. *Can substitute with any Basic American Foods Mashed.
