Marshmallow Creme Sweet Potatoes

A classic side dish - marshmallow topped sweet potatoes baked until golden brown.

1  pch Potato Pearls® EXCEL® Sweet Potato Mashed, prepared
7  oz Marshmallow creme or fluff
1  tsp Salt, kosher
16  oz Marshmallows, jumbo


  1. Heat convection oven to 375°F.
  2. Prepare Potato Pearls® EXCEL® Sweet Potato Mashed according to package directions, using a 2½-inch deep, half-steamtable pan.
  3. Combine marshmallow creme and prepared Sweet Potatoes, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Place marshmallows face up in rows on top of sweet potato mixture.
  5. Bake until marshmallows are golden brown, about 15 min.
