1  crtn Classic Casserole® Scalloped Potatoes
1  gal Water, boiling (190°-212°F)
1/2  lb Butter
29  oz Tomatoes, diced, drained
2  tsp Basil leaves, dry, crushed
3/4  lb Jack cheese, shredded


  1. Heat oven to 350°F, low fan. Place Classic Casserole® Scalloped Potatoes slices in a 2½-inch deep, steamtable pan.
  2. Whisk sauce packets, boiling water, butter, tomatoes, and basil in large heatproof mixing bowl. Pour over potatoes and top with cheese.
  3. Bake until potatoes are cooked and casserole is golden brown, about 70 min. Remove from oven, let sit 10 min. before serving.
