Crispy hashbrowns stacked with sausage, scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese.

Ingredients

1  crtn Golden Grill® Hashbrowns, prepared
2  gal Eggs, scrambled
62  each Breakfast sausage patties (3 oz) cooked
16  cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Prepare Golden Grill® Hashbrowns according to package directions.
  2. Portion out scrambled eggs in ½ cup piles on a parchment lined sheet pan. Top with ¼ cup shredded cheese and bake at 350°F until cheese is melted. Hold warm for service.
  3. To serve, place ½ cup cooled hashbrowns on serving plate and top with sausage patty and scrambled eggs.
