Goat Cheese, Dill & Shallot Mashed

Ingredients

1  pouch Brilliant BeginningsĀ® Potatoes
1 1/2  lbs Goat cheese, softened
1  Tbsp Dill, minced
2  cups Sour cream
1  cup Shallots, minced
1/4  cup Lemon juice
2  tsp Kosher salt
1  tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare potato base according to directions. Hold hot.
  2. Add cheese, dill, sour cream, shallot, lemon juice, salt and pepper to potatoes, stir until thoroughly combined. Serve or hold hot.
