Italian-style bread loaf smothered in zesty home-style chili and mozzarella cheese, served in bite-size squares.

1  pch Santiago® Quick-Start® Vegetarian Chili with Red Beans, prepared
2  cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 1/2  lb Focaccia bread, sliced horizontally and heated


  1. Prepare Santiago® Quick-Start® Vegetarian Chili with Red Beans according to package directions, omitting ground beef.
  2. Place focaccia on baking sheet, cut side up. Spread with Santiago® Chili.
  3. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and cut into 1-inch squares
  4. Place under broiler just until cheese melts. Serve.
