- Prepare Santiago® Refried Beans with Whole Beans in a 4-inch deep, half-steamtable pan according to package instructions, hold hot.
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onions. Cook until tender, stirring frequently, about 10 min. Add corn, chilies, chili powder, and salsa. Cook, stirring frequently, about 5 min.
- Stir onion mixture and cheese into beans until cheese has melted and mixture is thoroughly combined. Transfer to a steamtable for service.
