Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes

Delicious mashed potatoes mixed with rich cream cheese make a craveable side dish.

Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

1  pouch Potato Pearls® EXCEL® Original Butter Recipe Mashed Potatoes
1/2  lb Cream cheese, diced large
1  tsp Garlic powder
1  cup Milk
4  qt Hot water (170°-190°F)

Instructions

  1. Blend cream cheese, garlic powder, milk and hot water in a large bowl using an immersion blender until cheese melts, about 30 seconds.
  2. Combine potatoes and cheese mixture in a 6-inch deep, half steamtable pan. Stir for 15 sec. Sit for 5 min. Stir and serve.
