1  pouch Potato Pearls® EXCEL® Original Butter Recipe Mashed Potatoes, prepared
2  cups Flour
1/2  cup Liquid whole eggs


  1. Prepare potatoes according to directions. Spread onto sheet pans and cool completely, about 60 min.
  2. Mix potatoes, flour and egg in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, on low speed, until fully incorporated, about 30 sec. Heat flat top griddle to 400° F.
  3. Portion potato mixture into 3 ¼ oz servings (# 10 scoop), directly onto greased flat top grill, pressing lightly. Cook, until browned and crispy, about 4 min per side. Repeat with remaining potato mixture. Serve immediately.
  4. SERVING SUGGESTION- Top with Coq Au Vin
