Cheddar Scallion Mashed

Ingredients

1  pch Potato Pearls® Nature's Own Mashed Potatoes*
3  cups Cheddar Cheese, sharp, shredded
1/2  cup Scallions, sliced thin
1  gal Hot water (170°-190°F)

Instructions

  1. Combine potatoes, cheddar cheese and scallions in a 4-in deep, half-steamtable pan. Add water, stir 15 sec. Set for 7 min. Stir and serve.
