Buttermilk & Black Pepper Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

1  pouch Potato Pearls® EXCEL® Original Butter Recipe Mashed Potatoes
2  Tbsp Black Pepper, coarsely ground
3  qt Hot water (170°-190°F)
1  qt Buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Combine potatoes and black pepper in a 6-inch deep, half steamtable pan. Add water and buttermilk to potatoes, stir for 15 sec. Set for 5 min. Stir and serve.
