Buttermilk & Basil Mashed


1  pouch Potato Pearls® EXCEL® Original Butter Mashed Potatoes, prepared
1  cup Buttermilk
1 1/2  cups Basil leaves, fresh, loosely packed
1  cup Whole milk
  Garnish: Olive oil (optional)


  1. Prepare Potato Pearls® EXCEL® Original Butter Recipe Mashed Potatoes according to package directions, hold hot.
  2. Process buttermilk, basil, and milk in food processor or blender until basil is finely chopped and mixture is bright green. Pour basil mixture into prepared potatoes, mix until well blended. Garnish with drizzle of olive oil.
