1  carton BAF Shredded Potato Cheese Bake – Reduced Sodium
2  lts Hot water (195-205?F)
2  oz Butter, unsalted
4  cups Broccoli florets, fresh
3/4  cup Lemon juice (fresh or concentrate)
3/4  cup Green onion (sliced)


  1. Add water and butter to 2-1/2” deep, full-size steamtable pan. Stir in sauce pack until dissolved.
  2. Add potato shreds, broccoli, lemon juice and green onions.
  3. Bake in 350° F convection oven for 20-25 min (400° F conventional for 30-35 min). Remove from oven. Allow to set 5 minutes before serving.
