Breakfast Pizza

Golden pizza crust piled high with scrambled eggs, smoky bacon, hashbrown potatoes, and mild cheddar cheese and served with a side of salsa.

6  cup Golden Grill® Redi-Shred® Hashbrowns, prepared
8  each Pizza crust, 11-inch, pre-made
4  lb Bacon, cooked, crumbled
2  lb Cheddar cheese, mild, shredded
32  each Eggs, cooked until softly crambles


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F
  2. Prepare Golden Grill® Redi-Shred® Hashbrowns according to package directions.
  3. Place pizza crusts on baking sheets.
  4. Divide hashbrown potatoes, bacon, and eggs among pizza crusts.
  5. Sprinkle each with salt and pepper.
  6. Sprinkle about 1 cup cheese over each pizza.
  7. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
