Bratwurst & Spicy Mustard Hashbrowns

Ingredients

1  carton Golden Grill® Redi-Shred® Hashbrowns, refreshed
2  Tbsp Dry mustard
2  cups Dijon mustard
2  cups Mayonnaise
5  cups Cooked bratwurst or sausage, diced small (11/2 lbs)

Instructions

  1. Refresh hashbrowns according to directions. Toss hashbrowns with dry mustard and sausage in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk Dijon mustard and mayonnaise together in a small bowl until thoroughly combined. Refrigerate.
  3. On a 400° F well-oiled grill, drop hashbrowns in 4-oz portions using a #8 scoop, cook 3-4 min. or until desired crispiness. Drizzle with mustard mixture and serve.
