1  pouch Potato Pearls® EXCEL® Original Butter Mashed Potatoes, prepared
1  cup Blue cheese (10 oz)
1  tsp Rosemary, ground
1  tsp Salt
1  tsp Black pepper, ground


  1. Prepare Potato Pearl® EXCEL® Original Butter Recipe Mashed Potatoes according to package directions.
  2. Stir in blue cheese, rosemary, salt and pepper until well blended. Transfer to steamtable and serve.
