Baja Pizza


1  pkg Santiago® Seasoned Vegetarian Refried Beans, prepared
10  each 12-in Par-baked pizza crusts
5  cup Thick Salsa
7 1/2  cup Yellow bell pepper, finely chopped (about 6 peppers)
1  cup Jalapeño pepper, chopped (about 3 peppers)
10  cup 5-Cheese Italian mix, shredded


  1. Prepare Santiago® Seasoned Vegetarian Refried Beans according to package directions, hold hot. Heat oven to 475° F.
  2. Spread 1 cup of the beans evenly over each pizza crust, top with ½ cup salsa, ½ cup bell pepper and 2 Tbsp jalapeño pepper; sprinkle evenly with 1 cup cheese.
  3. Bake until crust is browned and cheese is melted, about 7 min. Remove pizza from oven, let rest 3 min before slicing. Cut pizza into 8 wedges. Serve immediately.
