Golden hashbrowns, sweet butternut squash and sage are combined for a rich and filling entrée or a side dish for any day part.

Ingredients

1  carton Golden Grill® Russet Hashbrowns, refreshed
4  cups Butternut squash, roasted, diced small (about 1.5 lbs)
1  Tbsp Sage leaves, minced

Instructions

  1. Refresh hashbrowns according to directions. Toss hashbrowns with squash and sage in a large mixing bowl.
  2. On a 400° F well-oiled grill, drop hashbrowns in 4-oz portions using a #8 scoop, cook 3-4 min or until desired crispiness.
