Artichoke Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

1  pouch Potato Pearls® EXCEL® Original Butter Recipe Mashed Potatoes, prepared
1  qt Quartered artichoke hearts
1  cup Half & Half

Instructions

  1. Prepare potatoes according to directions. Hold hot.
  2. Heat artichoke hearts and half & half in a large pot, over medium heat to a simmer, remove from heat. Blend with an immersion blender until chunky-smooth.
  3. Stir artichoke mixture into potatoes and serve.
