Cream of Potato Soup with Carrot and Dill
A rich, creamy flavorful soup with all the goodness of freshly prepared mashed potatoes, carrots, onions and a hint of dill.

| Carrotts, grated | 1 lb. | |
| Garlic, finely chopped | 2 tbsp. | Melt 4.oz butter in stockpot. Add onions, carrots and garlic; cook until tender, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
| Chicken or Vegetable broth | 1 gal. | Stir in broth. Bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer and cook until carrots are soft, about 10 minutes. |
| Nature's Own® Potato Pearls® Premium Mashed Potatoes | 1 bag | Prepared mashed potatoes according to package directions. |
| Fresh dill, chopped | 4 oz. | |
| White pepper, ground | 1 tsp. | Stir mashed potatoes into stockpot. Bring soup to simmer. Stir in dill and white pepper; simmer soup for 5 minutes. Remove from head; stir in remaining 4 oz. butter until melted. Stir soup before serving. |
