Ingredient Quantity Instructions
Santiago® Seasoned Black Beans 1 bag Refresh Black Beans according to package directions.
Finely diced cooked onion 1 cup
Finley diced cooked green bell pepper 1 cup
Granulated garlic 2 tbsp. option: 1 tbsp cooked garlic
Ground cumin 2 1/2 tbsp. Sprinkle black beans with cooked onion, bell pepper, garlic, cumin and cayenne, Blend in throughly. Stir in red wine vinegar.
Cayanne pepper 1/2 tsp. Scoop 1/3 cup bean mixture over each 1/2 cup serving of cooked rice. Garnish with 1/2 tbsp. green onion.
Red wine vinegar 1/4 cup
Cooked white rice 4 1/2 qt.
Chopped green onions for garnish 1 1/4 cup
