| Cheese Sauce, prepared | 1/4 cup | |
| Ground Beef | 2 oz. | Cook over medium heat until cooked through. Drain fat. |
| Roasted or Grilled Peppers & Onions | 1 oz. | Grill or roast onions and peppers |
| Cheddar Cheese, shredded | 1/4 cup | |
| To Serve: • Place 1 cup potatoes in a container • Ladle 1⁄4 cup cheese sauce over potatoes • Place 2 oz ground beef over sauce • Evenly distribute 1 oz peppers & onions over beef • Sprinkle with 1⁄4 cup shredded cheddar |
