| Ground Beef | 2 oz. | Cook over medium heat until cooked through. Drain fat. |
| Roasted Peppers & Onions | 1 oz. | Prepare according to recipe. |
| To Serve: • Place 1 cup potatoes in 16 oz microwaveable container • Ladle 1⁄4 cup cheese sauce over potatoes • Place 2 oz ground beef over sauce • Evenly distribute 1 oz peppers & onions over beef • Sprinkle with 1⁄2 oz shredded cheddar • Place lid on container and label and date appropriately |
