Golden Grill Russet™ Premium Hashbrown Potatoes 40 1/2 oz. 1. Refresh Golden Grill Russet™ Premium Hashbrown Potatoes according to package directions. Fill carton to fill line with hot water (140ºF-160ºF). Close carton; let stand 10 minutes. Set aside.
Quick-Start® Home Style Chili 32 1/10 oz. 2. Prepare Quick-Start® Home Style Chili. Brown beef in 8 qt. pot. Add 4 qts. hot water and both pouches of chili. Cook, covered, for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set chili aside.
Ground beef 2 lb. 3. Spray two full hotel pans of 4 in. depth with nonstick spray. Divide and press one-quarter of the refreshed hashbrown potatoes into each pan bottom. Layer each pan with one-quarter of the chili and one-quarter of the shredded cheese. Repeat the layering in each pan.
Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 24 oz. 4. Bake at 350ºF conventional oven (or 300ºF convection oven) for 35 to 45 minutes until cheese is golden. Allow to rest 10 minutes out of oven before adding topping.
Sour cream 2 lb. 5. Spread 1 lb. sour cream over top layer in each pan. Meanwhile, combine lettuce, cilantro, tomatoes and diced avocado in bowl. Divide and spread topping to cover sour cream. Cut each pan into 4 x 6 rows.
Iceberg lettuce, shredded 2 lb. 6. Sprinkle each serving with 2 tsp. cheddar-jack cheese. Garnish with avocado slice.
Cilantro, chopped 3 oz.
Tomatoes, diced 3 lb.
Avocado, diced 1 lb.
Cheddar-jack cheese, shredded 8 oz.
