Ingredient Quantity Instructions
Nature’s Own® Potato Pearls® Premium Mashed Potatoes 29 2/10 oz. 1. Prepare Nature’s Own® Potato Pearls® Premium Mashed Potatoes according to package directions. Mix with the pesto and hold warm until ready to assemble the stacker.
Boiling water 3 1/2 qt. 2. Season both sides of each chicken breast with 1⁄4 tsp. kosher salt and 1⁄8 tsp. black pepper. Grill the chicken for about 4 minutes per side until golden and the internal temperature has reached 165°F.
Basil pesto, prepared 1 cup 3. Heat the marinara sauce and top each grilled chicken breast with 2 oz. of sauce and a 1 oz. slice of provolone cheese. Hold warm in a pan until ready to assemble the stackers.
Boneless skinless chicken breast, 5-6 oz. 36 piece 4. Grill or bake the garlic toast according to package directions.
Marinara sauce, prepared 72 oz. 5. To assemble the stacker, place one piece of garlic toast on a plate and scoop 1⁄2 cup of pesto mashed potatoes onto the toast slice. Place a chicken breast on top of the potatoes.
Provolone cheese, sliced 36 oz. 6. Drizzle the stacker with basil oil and sprinkle it with 1 tbsp. of grated parmesan cheese. Garnish with a basil sprig.
Texas garlic toast, frozen 36 slice  
Basil flavored olive oil 3/4 cup  
Kosher salt 3 tbsp.  
Parmesan cheese 2 1/4 cup  
Black pepper 1 1/2 tbsp.  
Fresh basil sprigs 36 as needed
