Parmesan & Garlic Potato Mounds

Place Nature's Own® Potato Pearls® Mashed Potatoes in bowl. Add boiling water; stir 10 seconds to distribute. Let stand 5 to 7 minutes; whisk smooth. |

Stir in cheese and garlic. Scoop 1/2 cup seasoned potatoes onto greased or nonstick baking sheet in mounds; flatten tops. |

|
Combine melted butter, breadcrumbs and remaining Parmesan cheese in bowl for topping; mix until crumbly. Sprinkle 1 tbsp. topping on each potato mound. |
