Refresh Golden Grill Russet™ Premium Hashbrown Potatoes according to package directions. Fill carton to fill line with hot water (140º F-160ºF). Close carton; let stand 10 minutes. Set aside. |
| Quick-Start® Home Style Chili |
2 pouch
|
Prepare Quick-Start® Home Style Chili. Brown beef in 8 qt. pot. Add 4 qts. hot water and both pouches of chili. Cook, covered, for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set chili aside. |

| Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |
24 oz.

Spray two full hotel pans of 4 in. depth with nonstick spray. Divide and press one-quarter of the refreshed hashbrown potatoes into each pan bottom. Layer each pan with one-quarter the chili and one-quarter the sharp shredded cheese. Repeat the layering in each pan. |

Bake at 350ºF conventional oven (or 300ºF convection oven) for 35 to 45 minutes until cheese is golden. Allow to rest 10 minutes out of oven before adding topping. |

Spread 1 lb. sour cream over top layer in each pan. Meanwhile, combine lettuce, cilantro, tomatoes and diced avocado in bowl. Divide and spread topping to cover sour cream. Cut each pan 4 x 6. |
