Pour boiling water over Nature's Own® Potato Pearls® Premium Mashed Potatoes in bowl of mixer; stir on low speed 10 seconds to distribute. Let stand 5 to 7 minutes. Beat with wire whip attachment until smoothly blended. |

Meanwhile, gently warm butter and cream cheese just until melted. Off heat, stir in sour cream, salt and white pepper. |

Pour cream mixture into whipped potatoes while mixing on low speed. Scrape down sides and then whip on medium for 1 or 2 minutes until smooth. Transfer to sprayed hotel pan. |

Hold potatoes warm until ready to serve. Portion 1/2 cup for each serving; sprinkle with paprika. |
