Ingredient Quantity Instructions
Diced red onions 6 each Saute onions and garlic until translucent.
Minced garlic 6 tbsp.
Ground cumin 3 tbsp. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
Ground ginger 3 tbsp.
Brown sugar 1 1/2 cup
Dijon mustard 3 cup
Creole mustard 3 cup
Ketchup 1 1/2 cup
Veal stock 3 cup
Molasses 6 oz.
Cider vinegar 3/4 cup
Apple, Goat Cheese and Potato Cake 2   Serve with Apple, Goat Cheese and Potato Cake.
