Creamy potato and corn chowder mixed with chopped onions and red and green bell peppers.

| Butter | 8 oz. | In large soup pot, melt butter. Add onions; cook on low heat 10 to 15 minutes or until soft. |

| Water, boiling | 5 qt. | Combine boiling water and chicken base. Place Nature’s Own® Potato Pearls® Premium Mashed Potatoes into large mixing bowl. Pour prepared hot broth (175° F – boiling) over potatoes. Stir 10 seconds to distribute. Let potatoes set 5 to 7 minutes. Whisk smooth. Stir potatoes into onions. |
