Potato shells, large, russet 50   Bake potato shells according to manufacturer's directions; keep warm.
Santiago® Seasoned Vegetarian Refried Beans 1 bag Prepare beans as package directs.
Chicken, grilled, boneless, shredded 9 lb. Place 2 ounces chicken in each potato shell; top with 2 ounces beans (about 3 tablespoons).
Tomato salsa, commercially prepared 1/2 gal. Sprinkle each potato with about 1 ounce of remaining chicken, 2 to 3 tablespoons salsa, and about 1 tablespoon grated cheese.
Cheddar cheese, grated 1 lb.
