Instructions

Ingredient Quantity Instructions
Vegetable oil 1/4 cup In large stockpot, heat oil. Add onions and bell peppers; saute 5 minutes. Add water; bring to a boil. Stir in Potato PearlsĀ®, corn bread mix, eggs, surimi, green onions, and mustard.
Portion mixture with #30 scoop into well-oiled 1-oz. muffin tins or small cupcake wrappers arranged on sheet pans. Bake 18 to 20 minutes. Cool 2 minutes before removing from tins.
Serving Idea
These "Krab" puffs may be made with real crab, shrimp, shredded beef, chicken, or pork.
Sweet hot mustard 1/4 cup
Onions, chopped 1 qt.
Red bell peppers, chopped 2 cup
Green bell peppers, chopped 2 cup
Water 2 1/2 qt.
Potato PearlsĀ® Extra Rich 1/3 carton
Corn bread mix, dry 2 1/2 qt.
Egg substitute or liquid eggs 2 1/2 cup
Surimi (artificial crab) 3 cup
Green onions, finely chopped 2 cup
