Indonesian Coco-Shrimp Fritters
Coconut shrimp seasoned with red pepper flakes, coated with mashed potatoes and green onions, and deep-fried tempura style.

| Heat deep fryer to 350° F. Using a batter gun or rounded tablespoon, deep-fry 1/2-oz. portions a few minutes or until deep golden. Drain well on paper towels. | ||
