Country Potato Chowder
Crispy pan-fried bacon, red onions, and sweet corn swimming in rich potato chowder. Garnished with fresh green onions and shredded cheddar cheese.

In large stockpot, cook bacon until crisp. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon. |

Add onions and garlic to bacon drippings; saute 5 minutes. |
