Sour cream 2 1/2 qt.
Chives, fresh, chopped 1 1/4 cup
Hungarian paprika 3/4 cup
White pepper 2 tsp.
For each serving: Place 1 3/4 cups potatoes on plate. Garnish with fresh chives if desired.
