Ingredient Quantity Instructions
Preheat oven to 400º F (350º F convection).
Potato Pearls® Golden Extra Rich, prepared 1 carton Combine first 4 ingredients; mix thoroughly.
Bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled 2 cup
Chives, fresh, chopped 1 1/4 cup
Smoky cheddar cheese, shredded 10 cup Top with cheddar cheese; bake in conventional oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
For each serving: Portion 1 1/4 cups on plate. Garnish with fresh chives if desired.
